CATCH AND LAND

a sport designed in collaboration with brian parks. it remixes the existing geometric and spatial conditions of three tennis courts, but is typically played on grass with applied line work. a 2008 series of over 100 matches was funded by the city of atlanta as part of the 'new genre landscape' public art exhibition. click here for a video from lake claire park, documented beautifully by proper medium.
